Digital Offset Facility Opens with HP Indigo 12000

Printer Ofset added the HP Indigo 12000 digital press to its Digital Offset Facility in Bornova in 2019. This investment was made to meet short-run + personalized corporate print demand.

HP Indigo 12000 specifications:

• 50×70 cm B2+ format
• 4800 DPI resolution (2× sharper than the 2400 DPI offset average)
• 7-color capability — CMYK + HP IndiChrome (Orange + Violet + Green)
• Simulates ~97% of the Pantone color palette
• 2,400-4,500 sheets per hour print speed
• Liquid ElectroInk technology — output close to offset print quality

Business advantages provided by the machine: economic production in 50-1,000 copy runs due to no plate preparation, support for variable-data printing (VDP) with different content on each sheet, fast 3-5 business day delivery, premium quality close to Pantone color fidelity.
